These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OneTapTool (onetaptool.com), including all tools, calculators, generators, converters and analyzers (collectively, the "Tools") and any related content (together, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.
What OneTapTool provides
OneTapTool provides a collection of free, browser-based utilities, including but not limited to:

Most Tools run entirely in your browser and do not require account registration. We may add, modify or remove Tools at any time without notice.
The Service is provided "as is"
The Service and all Tools, calculations, results and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any results obtained from using a Tool will be accurate or reliable.
Not financial, legal, tax, or medical advice
Several of our Tools relate to financial topics — including the Mortgage Payoff Calculator, Debt Management Programs calculator, Car Insurance Calculator, VAT Calculator UK, and Invoice Template UK generator.

Ownership of our content
The OneTapTool name, logo, visual design, and all original text, graphics, and code that make up the Service (excluding content you input into a Tool) are owned by OneTapTool and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent, except as necessary to use the Tools for their intended personal or business purpose.
Acceptable use
Most Tools process your input (text, images, files, or data) directly in your browser; we generally do not receive or store this content on our servers — see our Privacy Policy for details. You retain all rights to your own content.
When using the Service, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Tools for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, data-mine, or excessively automate requests to the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users
- Use the Image to PDF Converter, Metadata Viewer, or any other Tool on files or content you do not have the legal right to use
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity
Ads and external links

- Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in calculations, results, or content generated by a Tool
- Any decisions made or actions taken based on Tool outputs
- Any conduct or content of any third party on or linked from the Service, including advertisements
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Applicable law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to OneTapTool's place of operation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
